What is included
Just taking a look at the stable is a different question than wanting to know who is riding the row of horses. For a horse stable, we make that distinction before installation. Inside, dust, light, and access play a role; outside, it's about access, vehicles, and the route to saddles or equipment. This way, you get images that match what you actually want to be able to see.
A camera above a corridor shows entry, but not necessarily the entire box. To monitor inside a box, we determine the position based on layout and obstacles. We check the image with normal barn lighting and in the dark. A camera view is a tool for observation and does not replace physical control or appropriate care for animals.
The installation must not result in accessible loose cables, sharp parts, or obstructive equipment. We will discuss the cable routing with the storage holder and take cleaning into account. Dust and spider webs can particularly degrade the infrared image. Therefore, the lens must remain accessible for maintenance without requiring a worker to climb in an unsafe manner.
Thick walls and metal facades can significantly weaken Wi-Fi signal strength. We will assess existing cabling or a suitable connection between buildings. If the barn is located in a remote area, we will examine the possibilities of mobile internet and the necessary power supply. Viewing live streams frequently consumes more data than occasional notifications; we will incorporate this into our recommendations.
For security, we aim to position cameras at the gate, storage walkway, and access to valuable storage. The targets and viewing rights may differ for the owner, hotel guests, and staff. Therefore, do not share a general administrator account with everyone. During delivery, we also test whether the correct footage can be found when you discover an event only after the fact.

Clear answers
This can happen when the camera, network and app are connected to each other. We test the connection and viewing angle; a overview of the barn does not automatically mean full visibility in a box.
For local recording, an internet connection is not always necessary. However, a suitable connection is required for viewing from another location.
A suitable position and regular cleaning help. Dust, spider webs, and a nearby wall can reflect infrared light and make the image blurry.
