What is included
A self-storage facility consists of many doors, hallways, and moments when customers enter independently. A camera at the exterior entrance does not show which route someone takes afterward. We design a cohesive overview of entrances, elevators, hallways, and charging stations. Cameras are oriented toward the security goal and common routes, with clear boundaries for the privacy of tenants.
A wide camera can show a lot of ceiling and floor while keeping a person small at the back. We choose orientation and lens per hallway and assess the distance at which recognition is needed. An open box door or full transport cart can shield part of the hallway. Therefore, intersections and passageways are viewed separately.
If access control and recorder show different times, an incident requires a lot of searching. We check date, time zone, and synchronization. Consulting systems one by one can already be useful; an automatic pairing is a separate function that must be pre-evaluated for compatibility.
Continuous opening hours can lead to high recording volumes. The number of cameras, the set image quality, and the recording schedule determine the required capacity. We agree on who may view and export at each location. Shared administrator passwords make it harder to restrict access when a staff member leaves.
We plan cable work and installation per zone, so that access for tenants is not unnecessarily blocked. The agreed cameras will be tested with walking routes from the entrance to the charging station. During delivery, we will practice retracing such a route, including the moments when someone moves from one camera view to the next.

Clear answers
That is not a standard assumption. Usually, the plan begins with common access and routes, with an assessment of necessity and privacy per zone.
Sometimes that can be done through supported systems. We assess the desired data and compatibility; a shared time registration is not yet automatic integration.
This is possible if the recorder or management platform supports appropriate roles. We test the limitations with the user account that the administrator will actually use.
