What is included
At a car dealership, vehicles move between the reception, workshop, and outdoor area. As a result, an incident is not always clear from a single camera view. We choose together the moments you want to be able to revisit, such as arrival, key handover, and departure. The installation is set up around that route, with attention to visibility behind parked vehicles.
High delivery trucks can completely block the view on the road behind them. Therefore, we assess the terrain using the usual vehicle configuration. A high vantage point is useful for overview, while focused cameras at the intersection provide more detail. A visible license plate in a stationary image is not the same as reliable automatic license plate recognition.
A camera at the reception or workshop door can help determine a time. If you want to capture specific vehicle damage, that requires a separately designed recording point; general terrain surveillance does not guarantee those details. We describe in advance what information a camera should provide, so that the result can be verified.
During the day, employees and customers drive back and forth. Outside opening hours, you want to know exactly when someone enters a shielded zone. We set up detection lines and schedules based on that difference. We also test how lighting, flags, and traffic along the fence affect the reports.
The site, showroom, and workshop can collectively require many cameras. We monitor channels, bandwidth, power supply, and storage as a single system. Cameras will receive names that employees recognize, such as workshop door or exit. The quote also outlines cable routes through the workshop and the scheduling around normal business activities.

Clear answers
General security cameras are not automatically suitable for this purpose. For damage assessment, a targeted setup with appropriate distance, lighting, and detail is required.
This often provides a clear view, but parked vehicles can obscure each other. We test additional viewing directions at entrances and walkways.
This requires suitable vehicle identification and support in the recorder or software. We check that combination before we offer this position.
