Combine cameras, recording and app as one system.
Set up users and notifications properly at delivery.

Which places are the most important at home?

At most homes, we start with the front door, rear door, driveway, gate, and side path. These are logical routes where someone enters the property. The type of house determines which combination is needed.

A semi-detached house often requires fewer cameras than a detached house. The correct placement is more important than simply choosing a large set.

Separate camera or complete system

A standalone camera can be sufficient for one entrance. If you want to monitor multiple zones and view them centrally, a system with a recorder is more manageable. You can then manage recordings, timelines, and users all in one place.

Think carefully about how long you want to store your images and whether you want to record continuously or only when detected. That determines the necessary storage.

Reliable connection inside and around the house

PoE cameras receive network and power via one cable and are therefore popular for fixed installations. Wifi can work, but walls, distance and changes to the router affect range and stability.

The recorder and network equipment should preferably be placed in a safe, accessible location with sufficient ventilation. This ensures that maintenance remains practical.

Notifications you actually use

Personal and vehicle detection help to limit reports of plants, rain and shadows. Detection zones must prevent every movement on the street from causing a report.

During delivery, we test not only live images, but also back-view and notifications. This way, you can immediately see if the settings suit everyday use.

Access for family members

Use separate users where possible instead of one shared password. Then access can be adjusted later without everyone having to log in again.

We explain how live viewing, watching back and notifications work. A home camera system must provide security without requiring daily technical management.

Advice for your situation

Every home and every business property is different. That is why we always look at viewing angles, cable routes, network, recording preferences and who needs access to the app.

A good preparation starts with three questions: what exactly do you want to be able to see, when do you want to receive a notification and how long do you want to be able to watch the videos?

Frequently asked questions

Can I do this myself?

That can be done, but with professional advice you can avoid many problems with assembly and adjustment.

What items do I need?

That depends on location, network, desired recording and notifications.

Can you install this?

Yes. We deliver, assemble, install the app and test the system together with you.
