Make a recording of the outside post, technical area, internal posts and door opener in advance. Discuss when the entrance should remain accessible and how residents are informed about works.
Plan the conversion with a temporary call or contact route if necessary. Choose fixed times for access to the buildings and take into account residents who rely on intercom contact.
After delivery, walk by all addresses, the door opening, the speaking connection, and the name display. Note exceptions immediately; an untested apartment should not be considered completed.
