In a lobby with multiple apartments, the resident list is part of the daily operation. An outside post can be technically good, but become impractical if every name change requires specialist access.

Inventory the number of addresses, doors, internal indoor stations, and any connections with a gate or elevator. Also determine who is the contact person and administrator on behalf of the VvE.

Choose a system with a clear management route for names, call groups, and temporary access. Make arrangements about who requests changes and what information a departing resident must submit.

Test each address from the outdoor station, check name display and let the administration carry out a trial change. Provide a simple overview of administrators, power and contact for malfunctions.
