What is included
With four cameras, you can combine multiple entrances and walking routes into a single system. The value lies in the chosen positions: four wide-angle shots can show the same location while a side door remains out of frame. Therefore, we first draw out the zones and viewing directions. Then, we select cameras, recorders, and storage that match the situation.
At a house, the entrance, driveway, rear door and storage room can have different purposes. At a store, the entrance, sales area, goods reception and rear door are logical. We test the layout on walking routes and obstacles. A camera does not necessarily have to show an entire facade if a directed passage provides more usable detail.
A recorder must support the resolution and features of the cameras. Anyone who wants to expand later may need more recording channels than the four currently used. We also check incoming bandwidth and power supply. The number of connections on the rear only tells part of that story.
Compare whether a quote includes four cameras, suitable storage, mounting, cabling, and configuration. Also check lens selection, night vision, and what falls outside the standard installation. A set price without cable work is not immediately comparable to a fully installed system. We describe the locations and work before you decide.
Upon delivery, we check each camera for a real recording and the correct date and time. Then we search for an event across multiple frames. You learn how to export a clip and grant users access. This is how the transfer consists of more than four green connection lights on the recorder.
Clear answers
That depends on the entrances. Often you start at the front door, from the back, the driveway and the storage area, but obstacles and walking routes can make a different logical distribution.
If four cameras are also sufficient in the long term, that could work. In case of an expected expansion, we will evaluate a recorder with more channels and appropriate capacity.
This depends on disk size, image settings and recording schedule. We tailor the capacity to the required storage period instead of promising a fixed number of days.
