What is included
When you have a second home, you are often not in the area when a camera goes offline. Therefore, the connection, storage, and access for a manager deserve just as much attention as the camera itself. If the property is rented, the use of cameras must also comply with the privacy and terms of the rental platform. We will discuss that usage situation before we propose mounting points.
Start at the front door, the path to a annex and any possible private parking space. A camera is not intended to monitor guests' stay. We will discuss which areas should remain out of view. Check before installation which rules and conditions apply to your rental situation; a suitable technical setup does not allow every use.
A main switch, smart plug, or disabled router can inadvertently turn off cameras. We check which components permanently require power. Local recording can continue to work during an internet outage if the system maintains power and an internal connection. That does not mean that a fault notification can still be sent at that moment.
Shared park Wi-Fi may have a login screen, data limit, or changing password. This is not always suitable for a fixed camera. We will check whether a separate connection or mobile connection is required. With a SIM card, live images and uploads count toward data usage; resolution and viewing behavior also determine the necessary subscription.
The owner remains responsible for the accounts. A manager only receives the functions necessary for their task. Agree on who can check on site in case of a malfunction and what happens if the manager changes. We test viewing and retrieving on your own phone and document which parts fall under support.

Clear answers
You can watch live via a suitable camera system. Disconnection notifications vary by model and connection; we check which notifications are actually available.
This must be tested on-site. A guest network with a login screen or limited connections may be unsuitable for prolonged camera and recorder use.
Use a personal user account with limited permissions where possible. This way you can revoke access without sharing your personal management password.
