What is included
Ajax is wireless alarm security that does not look like alarm security. Everything revolves around the hub: that box talks to every detector, monitors the connection, and sends the alerts. The detectors themselves operate on batteries for years and are mounted or screwed, so there is no need for a breakwork. On this page you will learn which components a system consists of and how to expand it later.
You start with a hub and the detectors for the areas where someone can enter. Then you add what fits your risk: an indoor siren that makes the sound unbearable, an outdoor siren that alerts the neighbors, or smoke and water detectors that prevent damage if you are not there. You control them with a tag, a keypad, or the app.
Since everything is wireless, a detector does not require any wiring. You can add a new shed, a renovated attic, or an additional exterior door to the existing hub. However, it is advisable to measure the range before placing a detector far from the hub.

In open air that is hundreds of meters, but walls, floors and metal limit that strongly. Therefore we measure per mounting point and if necessary we place a signal amplifier.
