Description
Transferring a camera system to a new user:
· You may sell your camera system or transfer it to a new owner.
· If the new owner wants to use our service, they should request the transfer by email.
What we do during the transfer:
1. Update the cameras.
2. Reconfigure the system for the new modem.
3. Remove previous users.
4. Check recordings and reset the hard drive.
5. Update the recorder.
6. Create new login credentials.
7. Configure the system for the new owner or business.
