Description
The YLI YD-602L is an electric adhesive magnet (door holder) designed to keep fire-resistant doors open and automatically close in case of a fire alarm. It is mounted on the wall and offers a holding force of 180 kg (350 lbs).
The device operates on the fail-safe principle: as long as there is voltage applied, the magnet remains active and the door stays open. As soon as the power is interrupted (for example by the fire alarm system), the magnet releases and the door automatically closes using a door striker. The professional anti-remanent security ensures that the door releases immediately and without sticking when the voltage is removed
