AJAX Socket Black – Smart Plug with Energy Consumption Monitoring (AJ-SOCKET/Z)
The AJAX Socket Black (AJ-SOCKET/Z) is a smart, wireless power strip that allows you to easily turn connected devices on and off remotely via the AJAX app. Additionally, the power strip provides real-time insight into energy consumption, so you know exactly how much power each device is using.
This compact smart plug works seamlessly with all AJAX Hubs with signal amplifiers and uses the Jeweller protocol (868 MHz), with a wireless range of up to 1,000 meters in open field. It is compatible with Schuko plugs (type F) and supports peak loads up to 13 amperes, with a continuous load up to 11 amperes.
Thanks to the built-in overload protection, the plug automatically switches off in case of exceeding safe current or voltage limits. The illuminated LED ring visually displays the current load and the status of the connected device.
Even in standby mode, this AJAX Socket consumes less than 1 watt, making it an energy-efficient choice for both home use and commercial applications in a smart home or professional security system.
