Is the problem local, with the recorder, or in Hik-Connect?
First, check the image on the recorder. If this works but the app does not, the investigation question lies with the external connection, account pairing, or the apprechten. A full reset is then not a logical first step. When expanding, the concrete record model and the camera must be evaluated together.
Planning the work
Hik-Connect access and local management rights are different matters; the owner must know which access is being transferred.
Adding a camera via a recorder port may require a different procedure than adding via the local network.

A photo of the phone number, the channel overview, and the notification in Hik-Connect helps you get started on the right track. Do not share passwords and verification codes in a public message. Ensure the authorized owner is available for account management.
