What is included
Dahua systems have often been in place for years, and that means the questions are different from those in a new construction project. Can a new channel be added? Can those old analog cameras finally be replaced? Why doesn't DMSS work anymore since that new phone? We handle those jobs, even if the system was originally installed by someone else.
Many older Dahua installations run on HDCVI with coaxial cabling. An XVR recorder can connect those cameras alongside new IP cameras, allowing you to update them per position instead of all at once. Where the coaxial cable is located, we can often reuse it with a converter, which saves on breaking work.
When selling a property, a new business owner, or a lost phone, you need to re-link the app. We transfer the device to the correct account, check the user permissions, and ensure that old accounts no longer have access to your photos.
